We are Sylvia and John Younger of Garden Farm Flowers, a 9 acre smallholding in Old Weston on the Cambridgeshire/Northamptonshire boundary. What was an empty field has been transformed over the last 10 years into our home and business. Our pride and joy is the 2 acre ‘Old Kitchen Garden’ which has a formal layout with informal prairie-style planting to suit our rural location. The old goose field is now the cutting garden specifically for cut flowers but both areas are available for PYO.
We garden for wildlife as well as for our customers. We use 'No Dig' methods so the soil and it's micro organisms are undisturbed. Weeding is fairly relaxed so the soil can benefit from their roots opening up the heavy clay, adding nutrients and covering any bare areas that Mother Nature hates to expose!

As well as Pick Your Own we can take orders for bouquets from £15 (collection only). Natural, local flowers for a more sustainable, personal and thoughtful gift or event.
During the summer we are open to visitors on Fridays and Sundays when they can take a stroll along the farm walk, treat themselves in the Tea Garden and pick some flowers (£5 for a jar, £15 for a jug full or £25 for a bucket full).
